On Monday 30 July, St Angela’s Primary, Castle Hill and Corpus Christi Primary, Cranebrook got into the Olympic spirit holding their own versions of the Games.

Students from St Angela’s Primary, Castle Hill, began their day with an opening ceremony and torch relay to signify the start of St Angela’s Games. Reciting the Olympic athletes’ oath, students promised to uphold the spirit of good sportsmanship and try their best.

Events included soccer, netball, T-Ball, mini-hurdles, ring toss, Zumba and volleyball with all students receiving a medal of participation at the end of the day.
